Why we don’t ship everywhere
Many states cap hemp THC drinks well below 10mg, ban online or mail-order sales, or only let state-licensed stores sell them. We checked every state’s law against primary sources in October 2026 and only ship where the answer was clear. A few examples of why a state is off the list:
- Alabama prohibits online sales and direct shipments of consumable hemp into the state.
- Tennessee allows sales only face-to-face at licensed retailers, with no shipping to consumers.
- New Jersey bans online retail sales of hemp THC drinks, direct-to-consumer shipping included.
- Texas requires online sellers, including out-of-state ones, to hold a state retail hemp registration.
- Ohio has treated drinks over 0.4mg total THC per container as marijuana since March 20, 2026.
- California allows no detectable THC in hemp drinks sold at general retail.
