Shipping to South Carolina
Buy THC Drinks in South Carolina
We ship to South Carolina
South Carolina buyers can order San Buzi online and have it shipped to any address in the state, from the Upstate to the Lowcountry. The lineup is Strawberry Lemonade, Blueberry Lemonade and a 24-can Mixed Case. Each 12 oz can contains 10mg hemp-derived Delta-9 THC and 5mg CBG, with no alcohol and no calories.
One thing works differently here. As of October 12, 2026, South Carolina has no minimum age for buying hemp THC products. San Buzi still sells only to adults 21 and older, so the 21+ requirement on your order comes from us, not from the state.
South Carolina THC drink law, in plain terms
South Carolina has no statute written specifically for hemp THC drinks. The law that applies is the Hemp Farming Act (S.C. Code Title 46, Chapter 55). It defines hemp by "the federally defined THC level for hemp," and the same section defines that phrase as a delta-9 THC concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis, or the level in 7 U.S.C. 5940 (a federal provision repealed in 2022), whichever is greater. Section 46-55-30 says the chapter does not apply to the sale of hemp products and extracts. As of October 12, 2026, South Carolina law sets no milligram cap per can, no purchase age and no limits on shipping hemp products to consumers.
Lawmakers tried to change that in 2026 and failed. H. 3924, a bill to regulate hemp-derived consumables, passed the House and the Senate in different versions, and the House's April 2026 version would have added a 21+ age limit and banned online and direct-shipment sales. On June 25, 2026 the Senate adopted a compromise conference report 27-11, but the House rejected it 28-69 the same day, so it never became law.
A separate bill aimed at hemp beverages, H. 4759, was recommitted to the House Judiciary Committee on February 4, 2026 and never passed the House. As of October 12, 2026, the official record shows no action on H. 3924 since the June 25 votes, and reporting at the time said no legislation was likely to pass this year. Because South Carolina bills cannot carry over past the end of the 2025-2026 General Assembly, any new proposal would most likely have to start again in 2027.
The federal change matters here in a particular way. A new federal hemp definition, including a 0.4mg total-THC-per-container cap, is set to take effect December 11, 2026, after P.L. 119-103 delayed it from November 12. The federal change matters here too. As of October 12, 2026, a federal cap of 0.4mg total THC per container is scheduled to take effect December 11, 2026 (P.L. 119-103 delayed it from November 12, 2026), and federal law applies in South Carolina on its own terms. South Carolina's statute, though, sets the state hemp level at 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis (or a repealed federal figure, if greater) and does not point to the federal section that is changing, so the state definition does not adopt the new federal cap.

South Carolina THC drinks: common questions
Can I order THC drinks online in South Carolina?
Yes. As of October 12, 2026, no South Carolina law restricts online sales or home delivery of hemp THC drinks, and the Hemp Farming Act says it does not apply to the sale of hemp products. The 2026 bill that would have banned online and direct shipments, H. 3924, died in the House.
Do I need to be 21 to buy THC drinks in South Carolina?
Not under state law, because South Carolina has no purchase-age requirement for hemp products. San Buzi requires every buyer to be 21 or older anyway, and an adult signature may be required at delivery depending on carrier and destination.
Is there a THC limit per drink in South Carolina?
There is no state milligram cap. South Carolina's Hemp Farming Act defines hemp as having no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis, a level the statute calls "the federally defined THC level for hemp." A San Buzi can has 10mg Delta-9 THC, which is a full dose for many people.
What happened to South Carolina's 2026 hemp bill?
H. 3924 passed both chambers in different forms, and on June 25, 2026 the Senate adopted a compromise conference report 27-11. The House rejected it 28-69 the same day, so South Carolina's rules did not change.
Will the December 2026 federal change affect South Carolina orders?
It could. As of October 12, 2026, the federal hemp definition is scheduled to exclude final products with more than 0.4mg total THC per container starting December 11, 2026, far below a 10mg can, and that federal rule applies in South Carolina regardless of state law. South Carolina's own statute sets its hemp level at 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis and does not point to the federal section being changed. Our explainer has the federal details.
