Buy THC Drinks in Indiana
We ship to Indiana
Indiana adults 21 and older can order San Buzi's hemp-derived Delta-9 THC lemonade online and have it shipped from Atlanta, whether home is Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Evansville or a small town in between.
Indiana has few rules aimed at these drinks. As of October 12, 2026, the state has no milligram cap and no statewide purchase age for hemp THC products, after a 2026 bill to regulate them died in the House. San Buzi applies its own 21+ rule to every Indiana order.
What Indiana law says about hemp THC drinks
As of October 12, 2026, Indiana has no statute written specifically for hemp THC drinks. The baseline is the state's definition of hemp in Indiana Code 15-15-13-6: the Cannabis sativa L. plant and its derivatives, extracts and cannabinoids, with a delta-9 THC concentration of no more than 0.3% on a dry-weight basis. That is a concentration test, not a milligram limit, and our review found no Indiana cap on THC per serving or per container.
Lawmakers tried to change that in 2026. As introduced, Senate Bill 250 would have created manufacturer, distributor, retail and carrier permits for hemp-derived cannabinoid products, with the Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission enforcing and administering the law, and would have barred selling them online or by delivery. It passed the Senate 35-13 but died in late February 2026 when the House did not call it for a vote before a second-reading deadline, and an attempt days later to add the hemp provisions to another bill in conference committee also failed.
Indiana also sets no statewide minimum age for buying hemp THC products; after the 2026 effort failed, trade press reported that the state would go at least another year without age restrictions on intoxicating hemp products. The Office of Indiana State Chemist, the state's hemp regulator, says on its website that it does not regulate finished hemp products intended for retail sale.
Our review found no Indiana law adopting the federal 0.4mg-per-container limit into the state's own hemp definition, so Indiana's test remains the 0.3% delta-9 standard. The federal change applies in Indiana regardless once it takes effect.
What applies when you order from Indiana
- 21 and older only. Indiana has no statewide age minimum for hemp THC products as of October 12, 2026, so this is San Buzi's own rule.
- Indiana measures hemp by delta-9 THC concentration -- 0.3% or less on a dry-weight basis -- not by milligrams per can.
- No Indiana statute we found bars shipping hemp THC drinks to adults; SB 250's proposed ban on online and delivery sales did not become law.

As of October 12, 2026, most of a new federal hemp definition, including a cap of 0.4mg total THC per container, is scheduled to take effect December 11, 2026, after Congress pushed it back from November 12. It applies in every state. See our explainer on the change.
Indiana THC drinks: common questions
Are THC drinks legal in Indiana?
As of October 12, 2026, Indiana has no law written specifically for hemp THC drinks. Products that meet the state's hemp definition -- no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis (IC 15-15-13-6) -- are not barred by any Indiana statute our review found, and the 2026 bill that would have restricted them, SB 250, died in the House.
Is there a minimum age to buy THC drinks in Indiana?
Not under state law as of October 12, 2026: Indiana has no statewide age restriction on hemp THC products. San Buzi still sells only to adults 21 and older.
How much THC can a drink have in Indiana?
Indiana has no milligram cap per serving or per container. Its hemp test is a concentration limit -- no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis -- so Indiana law looks at concentration rather than milligrams per can.
Can THC drinks be shipped to Indiana?
Yes. As of October 12, 2026, no Indiana statute our review found bars shipping hemp THC drinks to adults. SB 250 would have banned sales online or by delivery, but it did not pass, and San Buzi ships to Indiana adults 21 and older.
Could Indiana's rules change?
Possibly. After SB 250 died in February 2026, its House sponsor, Rep. Garrett Bascom, said he hoped to try again, so new state rules could come in a later session. Separately, as of October 12, 2026, the federal 0.4mg-per-container hemp definition was scheduled to take effect December 11, 2026 in every state, Indiana included.
