Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final
Because our products are consumable beverages sold in sealed cans, we can’t verify how a product was stored or handled once it leaves our facility. For that reason, all sales are final and we do not accept returns for reasons of “change of mind,” taste preference, or intoxication effects, and we do not offer refunds once an order has shipped, except in the specific cases below.
First-Pack Guarantee
We stand behind San Buzi. If your first order doesn’t work for you, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund the product cost — no questions asked. This applies to your first San Buzi order only, one guarantee per customer.
Email hello@sanbuzi.com with your order number to start a return. You’ll ship the order back to us at your own cost, and we’ll issue the refund once it arrives — original shipping charges aren’t included.
Order arrived damaged, or the wrong item was sent
If your order arrives visibly damaged, or you received an item you didn’t order, contact us at hello@sanbuzi.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. We’ll review every case individually and, where the issue is confirmed, arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Order lost in transit
If tracking shows an order as delivered but you didn’t receive it, or a shipment appears to be lost in transit, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to investigate before determining next steps.
Cancelling before shipment
If you need to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We can only cancel and refund an order if it hasn’t already shipped — in-stock orders are typically packed and shipped the same or next business day, so there’s a limited window to make this request.
What we need from you
For any claim under this policy, please include your order number, the email address the order was placed under, and clear photos where applicable. This lets us resolve issues quickly without back-and-forth.
