1. Eligibility and product compliance

Our products are hemp-derived beverages containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight, in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill. 2. Accounts

If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including (without limitation) any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our only representation about a given product’s composition is the published Certificate of Analysis for its batch.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, San Buzi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
