Responsible Use Policy

San Buzi sells hemp-derived, Delta-9 THC beverages. This policy explains what that means, what we require from every buyer, and how to use our products responsibly.

What “hemp-derived” means

Our products are hemp-derived under the 2018 Farm Bill (Agriculture Improvement Act), containing no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight and manufactured in compliance with applicable federal and state regulations. Each can contains 10mg Delta-9 THC and 5mg CBG. They are:

• Zero alcohol, zero calorie
• Not evaluated or approved by the FDA for any therapeutic or medicinal use
• Not intended for anyone under 21 years of age
• Not intended for use by anyone who is pregnant, nursing, or has a heart condition

What you certify when you order

By placing an order with San Buzi, you certify that:

• You are at least 21 years of age and legally capable of entering into this agreement
• It is legal for you to purchase, possess, and consume hemp-derived THC products in your state of residence and delivery address
• You will not drive a vehicle or operate machinery after consuming this product
• You will not combine this product with alcohol or other intoxicating substances
• You will store this product securely and out of reach of anyone under 21 or any pet
• You will not resell or redistribute this product in a manner that violates applicable law

We may require additional age or identity verification before fulfilling an order, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe these terms will not be honored, including orders to states or jurisdictions where hemp-derived THC products are restricted.

No medical claims

Nothing on this website, in our product descriptions, in our published Certificates of Analysis, or in any communication from San Buzi constitutes medical advice or a claim about the safety, efficacy, or effect of any product. Effects vary by individual; start with a single can and wait at least the stated onset window before consuming more.

Assumption of risk and indemnification

By purchasing from San Buzi, you assume full responsibility and risk for the storage, handling, and use of the product after it leaves our facility, and you agree to indemnify and hold San Buzi harmless from any claim, loss, injury, liability, or regulatory action arising from your use, misuse, storage, or distribution of the product. Our liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law, is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. See our Terms of Service for the full limitation of liability.
