We ship to Wisconsin

Wisconsin adults 21 and older can order San Buzi's 10mg Delta-9 THC lemonade online and have it shipped from Atlanta, whether you're in Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay or Eau Claire.

Wisconsin's state law on hemp THC is short: hemp is defined by delta-9 THC concentration, and as of October 12, 2026 there is no milligram cap and no statewide purchase age. Some cities, including Milwaukee and Madison, have set their own 21+ rules, and San Buzi sells only to adults 21 and older everywhere.

Wisconsin THC drink law, in plain terms

Wisconsin defines hemp by delta-9 THC concentration. Under Wis. Stat. 94.55(1), hemp is the Cannabis sativa L. plant and its derivatives, extracts and cannabinoids with a delta-9 THC concentration of not more than 0.3% on a dry-weight basis, and THC contained in hemp is excluded from the state's Schedule I listing for THC (Wis. Stat. 961.14(4)(t)). As of October 12, 2026, state law sets no milligram limit per serving or per container.

Section 94.55(2)(a) lets a person sell, import and export hemp in Wisconsin 'to the greatest extent allowed under federal law,' and our review found no state statute restricting online sales or shipping to adults. Wisconsin's truth-in-labeling rule, 94.55(3m), bars mislabeling hemp products or knowingly misstating their content or delta-9 THC concentration; violations can bring civil forfeitures of up to $1,000 each under 94.55(3m), and the section's general penalty, 94.55(4), allows forfeitures of $200 to $5,000.

There is no statewide minimum age. In the 2025-26 session, Assembly Bill 680, which would have barred people under 21 from accessing intoxicating hemp products, and Assembly Bill 606, which would have set up state regulation and an occupational tax for hemp-derived cannabinoid products, both failed to pass on March 23, 2026. Some local governments have acted on their own: Milwaukee (Ordinance 105-50.5) bars selling hemp-derived THC products to anyone under 21, and Madison (Ordinance 23.202) does the same for hemp-derived cannabinoid products.

The federal hemp change set for December 11, 2026 does not rewrite Wisconsin's definition. The Legislative Council's May 2026 issue brief says the federal change 'does not directly affect the legality of hemp under state law,' because the state definition still focuses only on delta-9 THC concentration -- but it also notes that legality under state law is not a defense to a violation of federal law.

What applies when you order from Wisconsin

  • 21 and older only. Wisconsin has no statewide hemp age law, but San Buzi's 21+ rule applies to every order, and Milwaukee and Madison have local under-21 sales bans of their own.
  • Wisconsin measures hemp by delta-9 THC concentration (0.3% or less on a dry-weight basis), not by milligrams per can.

What’s in every can

Each 12 oz can of San Buzi has 10mg hemp-derived Delta-9 THC and 5mg CBG, with zero alcohol and zero calories, in Strawberry Lemonade or Blueberry Lemonade. Every lot has a public Certificate of Analysis (here’s how to read one). 10mg is a full dose for many people; our 5mg vs. 10mg guide covers how to pace it.

What’s changing in December 2026

As of October 12, 2026, most of a new federal hemp definition, including a cap of 0.4mg total THC per container, is scheduled to take effect December 11, 2026, after Congress pushed it back from November 12. It applies in every state. See our explainer on the change.

Wisconsin THC drinks: common questions

Are THC drinks legal in Wisconsin?

As of October 12, 2026, hemp-derived THC drinks that meet Wisconsin's hemp definition -- no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis (Wis. Stat. 94.55(1)) -- are legal under state law. THC contained in hemp is excluded from Wisconsin's Schedule I listing, and no state statute sets a milligram cap or restricts online sales. State law allows hemp sales only 'to the greatest extent allowed under federal law,' and the federal definition changes on December 11, 2026.

Do you have to be 21 to buy THC drinks in Wisconsin?

Not under state law: as of October 12, 2026, Wisconsin has no statewide age minimum for hemp THC products, and the 2025-26 bill to set one (AB 680) failed. Milwaukee and Madison bar sales to anyone under 21 by local ordinance, and San Buzi sells only to adults 21 and older statewide.

Is there a THC limit for drinks in Wisconsin?

Not in milligrams. Wisconsin's test is concentration-based -- no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis -- and the Legislative Council notes that the state definition does not look at total THC or milligrams per container.

Did Wisconsin pass new hemp THC rules in 2026?

No. AB 680 (a 21+ rule for intoxicating hemp products) and AB 606 (state regulation and an occupational tax for hemp-derived cannabinoid products) both failed to pass on March 23, 2026, so as of October 12, 2026, Wisconsin's hemp rules are the ones in Wis. Stat. 94.55.

Does the December 11, 2026 federal change affect Wisconsin?

It doesn't change Wisconsin's own definition: the Legislative Council says the federal change does not directly affect the legality of hemp under state law. But federal law applies in every state, and the Council notes that legality under state law is not a defense to a federal violation.
