We ship to Georgia
San Buzi is made in Atlanta, and Georgia is the only state where you can get it three ways. You can have it shipped to any Georgia address, pick it up at an ATLRx store in Atlanta, Alpharetta or Dawsonville, or get same-day delivery from those stores through DoorDash.
Every order is for adults 21 and up, which Georgia law requires for consumable hemp. Each 12 oz can of Strawberry or Blueberry Lemonade holds 10mg Delta-9 THC and 5mg CBG. Georgia's rule caps hemp drinks at 10mg of total delta-9-THC per 12 fl oz.
Georgia THC drink law, in plain terms
Georgia regulates hemp drinks through the consumable hemp framework created by SB 494 and the Georgia Department of Agriculture's rules (Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. 40-32-5). As of October 12, 2026, Rule 40-32-5-.06 says a hemp beverage may not contain more than 10 milligrams of total delta-9-THC per 12 fluid ounces. No container may hold more than 12 fluid ounces.
Georgia prohibits selling consumable hemp to anyone under 21. Anyone selling to Georgia consumers needs a Retail Consumable Hemp Establishment License from the Department of Agriculture. The Department's FAQ says that applies to selling to Georgians through an online platform, and that out-of-state businesses may sell here only if properly licensed in Georgia. Products must also be tested by a lab registered with the Department.
The 10mg limit made it through the 2026 legislative session. HB 34, which a Senate committee rewrote in March 2026 to cut hemp drinks to 5mg per 12 oz, never received a Senate floor vote, and because 2026 was the second year of Georgia's two-year session, unfinished bills have expired. As of October 12, 2026, the Department's rule still reads 10mg.
The date to watch is federal. As of October 12, 2026, a federal cap of 0.4mg total THC per container is scheduled to take effect December 11, 2026 (P.L. 119-103 delayed it from November 12, 2026). Georgia's 10mg rule does not exempt anyone from that federal definition.

As of October 12, 2026, most of a new federal hemp definition, including a cap of 0.4mg total THC per container, is scheduled to take effect December 11, 2026, after Congress pushed it back from November 12. It applies in every state. See our explainer on the change.
Georgia THC drinks: common questions
Can I order THC drinks online in Georgia?
Yes. Georgia allows online sales of consumable hemp to Georgians, subject to the state's licensing, testing and 21+ rules. San Buzi ships to any Georgia address, and around Atlanta, Alpharetta and Dawsonville you can also pick up in store or get same-day DoorDash delivery.
Do I need to be 21 to buy THC drinks in Georgia?
Yes. Georgia prohibits selling consumable hemp to anyone under 21. San Buzi sells only to adults 21 and older, whether you pick up, use DoorDash or have your order shipped.
How much THC can a drink have in Georgia?
Up to 10mg of total delta-9-THC per 12 fluid ounces, and the container can't hold more than 12 fluid ounces (Rule 40-32-5-.06). A San Buzi can is 10mg per 12 oz, and 10mg is a full dose for many people.
Did Georgia lower the THC limit for drinks in 2026?
No. As of October 12, 2026, HB 34, the 2026 proposal to cut hemp drinks to 5mg per 12 oz, did not become law, and the Department of Agriculture's rule still sets the limit at 10mg per 12 fluid ounces.
Will the December 2026 federal change affect Georgia orders?
It may. As of October 12, 2026, the federal hemp definition is scheduled to exclude finished products with more than 0.4mg total THC per container starting December 11, 2026, far below Georgia's 10mg limit, and Georgia's rule does not override it. Our explainer covers what is known so far.
