THC Drinks in Missouri: Last Orders November 11, 2026
Orders accepted through November 11, 2026
San Buzi ships its 10mg Delta-9 THC lemonade from Atlanta to Missouri adults 21 and older for orders placed through November 11, 2026. Missouri's new hemp law (RSMo 195.900) takes effect November 12, 2026, and from that date our checkout no longer accepts Missouri shipping addresses.
From Kansas City to St. Louis, the cutoff is the same: 11 p.m. Central on November 11 (midnight Eastern). Our review found no Missouri statute setting a minimum purchase age for these drinks before the new law, but San Buzi sells only to adults 21 and older regardless.
Missouri's new hemp law, RSMo 195.900, in plain terms
Missouri's Intoxicating Cannabinoid Control Act, codified at RSMo 195.900, was enacted as House Bill 2641 and signed by the governor on April 23, 2026. The Missouri Revisor of Statutes lists its effective date as November 12, 2026. It excludes from Missouri's definition of hemp any final hemp-derived product with more than 0.4mg combined total THC per container, and it provides that hemp-derived cannabinoid products 'shall be considered marijuana.'
Under the Act, the cultivation, manufacturing, testing, transportation and retail sale of those products may be carried out only by entities licensed by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services under Article XIV of the Missouri Constitution. A violation is a class D felony with a fine of $5,000 per transaction (RSMo 195.900.10).
The Act phases in by product type. Section 195.900.11 makes it effective November 12, 2026 for several listed categories of products. For other hemp-derived products, the statute says that if Congress delayed federal hemp restrictions on or before November 12, 2026, the Act would apply to them only while those federal restrictions prohibit them; Congress did delay them in September 2026. The same subsection bars selling, distributing or marketing those products to anyone under 21.
What applies when you order from Missouri
- Last day to order: November 11, 2026. Checkout stops taking Missouri shipping addresses at 11 p.m. Central (midnight Eastern) that night.
- Adults 21 and older only. That is San Buzi's rule for every Missouri order; our review found no earlier Missouri statute setting a purchase age.
- Missouri's new law counts THC per container rather than per serving, so a container is measured as a whole against its 0.4mg line.

What’s changing in December 2026
As of October 12, 2026, most of a new federal hemp definition, including a cap of 0.4mg total THC per container, is scheduled to take effect December 11, 2026, after Congress pushed it back from November 12. It applies in every state. See our explainer on the change.
Missouri THC drinks: common questions
When is San Buzi's last day for Missouri orders?
November 11, 2026. Checkout stops accepting Missouri shipping addresses at midnight Eastern that night (11 p.m. Central). Missouri's new hemp law, RSMo 195.900, has a November 12, 2026 effective date, and San Buzi chose to end Missouri orders the day before it.
What does RSMo 195.900 change for THC drinks in Missouri?
It removes any final hemp-derived product with more than 0.4mg combined total THC per container from Missouri's definition of hemp and treats hemp-derived cannabinoid products as marijuana, which only entities licensed by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services may make and sell. When it starts to apply depends on the product type, and a violation is a class D felony with a $5,000 fine per transaction.
Is Missouri's 0.4mg limit per serving or per container?
Per container, not per serving. RSMo 195.900's hemp definition excludes final products with more than 0.4mg 'combined total per container' of THC and of any other cannabinoids the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services determines have similar effects.
Do you have to be 21 to buy hemp THC drinks in Missouri?
San Buzi sells only to adults 21 and older. Our review found no Missouri statute setting a purchase age before November 12, 2026; from that date, RSMo 195.900.11(2) bars selling, distributing or marketing the products covered by its federal-delay clause to anyone under 21.
Could a Missouri dispensary sell San Buzi instead?
Not as we read the law. Products RSMo 195.900 treats as marijuana may be cultivated, manufactured and sold only by entities licensed by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, and the Missouri Independent reported that they must be grown and manufactured in licensed Missouri facilities, which leaves no route for a can made in Atlanta.
